Work orders and time tracking without re-keying
From approved work plan to work order, scheduling, and hours — so the back office invoices without Excel in between.
The core promise is simple: a technician sees the work order and logs hours; the back office turns that into an invoice — without re-keying.
Work orders should inherit line items from the approved plan. Scheduling assigns techs and blocks. In the technician web portal, time supports a timer (one running at a time) and manual entry, plus photos or video on a work line; then timesheet approval. Approved hours become the clean source for pro-forma and final invoices.
