The maths

The cheapest hour is the one you forgot to bill.

If your hourly rate is above €35, a single forgotten hour pays for a month of ZZP. That is the job of this software: not to be clever, but to stop money leaking out of the gaps between your tools.

Hours are approved, then invoiced, not remembered on Friday.
Consumables are added by rule (default 8% of labour), not by feel.
APK reminders bring customers back without anyone picking up the phone.
